Visiting the site
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Like every web server, ours processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse; these server logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
The quote form
When you send the quote form we receive:
- what you enter — name, e-mail address, organisation, country, role, how you would like to use Tactirun, the number of participants, your message — and the language of the page;
- the time of sending and your IP address, used to limit abuse of the form.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the form free of abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote request for 24 months after it is closed, then delete it. If you become a customer, what is needed for the contract is kept under the contract.
Who handles it
Only the people at Toimepidevus OÜ who answer quote requests. The site and the requests are hosted on UpCloud in the EU (Finland). We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and object to it. Write to info@tactirun.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
