The same product, not a special edition
An on-premise installation runs the same container images as the hosted service, in the same versions. Features, languages and security controls are identical; your installation simply has your organisation in it.
One node, a handful of containers
A small installation runs on a single virtual or physical server with Docker.
- The Tactirun application: the web interface, the API and the live connection in one image.
- PostgreSQL 16 for everything except files.
- S3-compatible object storage (MinIO included) for pictures and report files.
- Optional monitoring with Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, including ready-made alert rules and dashboards.
What we provide
- Installation and configuration help for your environment.
- Operating runbooks: backups, restoring, alerts and incident handling.
- New versions as images; database changes are applied automatically when the new version starts.
- Backup and restore scripts, with the restore drill we run ourselves.
